UK delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

Feimuko powder is dispatched by our fulfilment partner from China using CJPacket Sensitive Pro. Estimated UK transit is 6–9 days after dispatch; processing is additional. CJ reports 41% of shipments within 6–9 days, 40% at 10 days and 19% at 11 days or longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

CJ reports processing within 1–3 days for 52.2% of orders; some orders take longer. Please allow up to 30 calendar days from ordering for processing and delivery, unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed before purchase. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil within this period.

Items may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information is sent when available after dispatch; updates may take time to appear.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address before ordering. Contact SipLume promptly at navnorthstar@outlook.com if you need a change; it may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
