Shopping with SipLume

These terms apply to purchases from SipLume through this store. Contact us through our contact page for product questions or order support.

Products and prices

Choose the jar quantity carefully. Each Feimuko jar contains 50g and arrives in its original Feimuko packaging. SipLume is the store name. Screen colours can differ slightly from the product. Follow the original label instructions and read the product details before use.

Prices are shown in GBP. The order total, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed before you pay. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Orders

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. We send an order confirmation after checkout. If an item is unavailable or an error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our shipping policy explains delivery arrangements. Our returns and refund policy explains cancellations, returns and faulty goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
